Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 3 cups of chopped spinach


  • 2 cups of chopped mushroom


  • 10-12 cloves of garlic


  • 2 red chilli


  • 1-2 tsp mustard oil


  • 1/3 tsp salt ( as per taste)


  • 1/2 tsp punch photon

Directions

  • Wash and chop the spinach and mushrooms.
  • Heat a kadai and put oil in it.
  • Then add the punch photon along with red chilli and crushed garlic in it.
  • Saute it for 1 minute when the mustard in the punch photon crackle then add the chopped mushrooms in it.
  • Saute it and add the chopped spinach in it and cover the lid for 1 minute.
  • Then add salt and saute it well and cook it for sometime in low flame without the lid.
  • After 7-8 minutes it becomes ready . Serve hot with chapati or rice , dal.
