Wash and chop the spinach and mushrooms.
Heat a kadai and put oil in it.
Then add the punch photon along with red chilli and crushed garlic in it.
Saute it for 1 minute when the mustard in the punch photon crackle then add the chopped mushrooms in it.
Saute it and add the chopped spinach in it and cover the lid for 1 minute.
Then add salt and saute it well and cook it for sometime in low flame without the lid.
After 7-8 minutes it becomes ready . Serve hot with chapati or rice , dal.
